Two Morning Flights from Volgograd to Moscow Delayed

On the morning of January 20, delays were recorded for two flights from Volgograd International Airport to Moscow. This information is displayed on the airport«s online board.
Flight SU1758 operated by Aeroflot, which departed from Moscow«s Sheremetyevo Airport, was scheduled to arrive in Volgograd at 9:35, but its landing has been rescheduled to 13:20. According to the Flightradar24 service, the aircraft reached the airspace of Ryazan Region before turning around and returning to the departure airport. Later, information about the aircraft»s return appeared on the website of Alexander Pushkin Airport.
Flight DP6965 operated by Pobeda Airlines, scheduled to depart from Moscow at 08:35, is now expected at 10:00. The estimated arrival time in Volgograd is 11:35.
Official reasons for the Aeroflot flight«s return and the Pobeda delay have not been disclosed. The Telegram channel of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) representative contains no messages about flight restrictions being imposed at Volgograd airport. However, on the morning of January 20, the Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) disseminated a warning about the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles among mobile subscribers. Additionally, the Defense Ministry reported two Ukrainian drones shot down overnight over Volgograd Region.
