Sveta Raketa is waiting for everyone at the Olimp sports complex on Universitetskaya at 1:00 p.m. More than 250 people have already signed up for the workout.
We previously reported that Sveta Raketa posted a video for her subscribers with 6 simple exercises that require no gym or special equipment. All you need is a green lawn. She also demonstrated 4 simple dumbbell exercises. The athlete, who has an audience of nearly one million, assures that if you perform them correctly, your body will become beautiful.
We also reported that a famous boxer from Yugra, who took a pause in his career, announced his readiness to represent the country at the Olympics. Albert Batyrgaziev has resumed training.
