Vanya Dmitrienko«s sister, who sang with him at his concert at Moscow»s Luzhniki stadium, has been accused of lip-syncing. The scandal erupted on a banned social network.
Video of the siblings« joint performance — they sang the song »You«re With Me» — spread across social media and, alongside enthusiastic comments, has drawn negative ones too. In particular, Lera Dmitrienko was accused of lip-syncing. Especially attentive users recognized the voice of singer Linochka Li, who wrote the song.

«I think many people know whose voice that really is. Why was it so hard to invite Lina?» asks a user with the handle vikanoob_.

«Linochka Li, wouldn»t you like to sue Dmitrienko for using your song — and your voice too? I«m just shocked at how brazen this all is,» suggests a user with the handle artem_ovechkin24_official.
«A terrible thing to do,» states a user with the handle pomogi_zhivotnym.
Linochka Li herself also reacted to the video of the joint performance.
«Yesterday I came across a very interesting video where Vanya Dmitrienko sings the song »You«re With Me» with his sister Lera at his concert in Luzhniki. <…> Someone shouted: «Wow, she»s got a voice.« I would like to say a huge thank you to that man, because in this video — that is my voice.
If you want to perform the track «You»re With Me« — our duet without me — please, let the song live. But don»t you also think it would be right in that case to remove the main track with my vocals? And I also believe that with this move you are discrediting Lera Dmitrienko. Look at the comments under your joint performance. People aren«t deaf. Valeria was extremely brief in a conversation with journalists:

Dmitrienko himself has so far not reacted to this — he is busy reposting videos from his concert to his Stories.
Meanwhile, the singer became the youngest artist to fill Moscow«s Luzhniki stadium for a concert — the achievement was entered into the Russian Book of Records.
