New Tyumen Territories Added to Renovation Program

In Tyumen, the comprehensive territorial development program is being expanded. The new areas slated for renovation are located in the Lesobaza district and the central part of the city.

Municipal documentation states: «To adopt a decision on the comprehensive development of non-contiguous residential development territories in the area of Sakhalinskaya Street, Gilevskaya Street, Volzhskaya Street, and Maxim Gorky Street in Tyumen, with a total area of 21.07 hectares.»

Four apartment buildings and 44 private houses are located in the demolition zone on Sakhalinskaya Street. The dismantling of utility networks and garages is planned for the territories on Gilevskaya and Volzhskaya streets. In the city center, on Maxim Gorky Street, a two-story residential house with outdoor amenities is marked for demolition.

The city administration recommends that residents of apartment buildings in Lesobaza hold general meetings to decide on including their buildings in the renovation program.
