Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Vasil Shaykhraziyev arrived in Arkhangelsk. He met with Alexander Tsybulsky to discuss cooperation between the oblast and the republic. «We discussed further development of cultural, educational, and industrial cooperation — in the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, this is particularly relevant,» said the head of Arkhangelsk Oblast.

During the meeting, they discussed projects implemented through joint efforts. Thus, in 2025, 15 students of Northern (Arctic) Federal University (SAFU) completed internships at the plants of PJSC KAMAZ, and 4 university teachers improved their qualifications under the «Unmanned Aerial Systems Operator» program as part of an agreement with Innopolis University.

The governor also spoke about future plans in the field of small aviation.

«Since 2024, we have been actively developing cooperation between the 2nd Arkhangelsk United Aviation Squadron and the Kazan Helicopter Plant: we purchased two Mi-8MTV-1 helicopters, which ensure transport accessibility, medical evacuation, and cargo delivery to remote areas. This year we plan to purchase another helicopter,» said Alexander Tsybulsky.

The governor noted Tatarstan«s contribution to the development of Russian export infrastructure abroad.

«For me, as chairman of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the direction »International Cooperation and Export«, it is especially important to enhance coordination in this area so that more companies from Arkhangelsk Oblast join existing projects or launch new ones, enter new markets, and feel support at every stage.»

Recall that in December 2025, a delegation from Pomorye (Arkhangelsk region) traveled to Armenia. At that time, Alexander Tsybulsky discussed cooperation with the governor of Vayots Dzor Province.
