Welders Lead Most In-Demand Production Jobs in Transbaikal for 2025

Specialists from the Avito Rabota platform compiled the top five professions with the most vacancies (by number of published advertisements) in production in the Transbaikal region in 2025. This was reported on January 28 by Chita.Ru, citing the Avito press service.

«For individual vacancies, the most offers were published for welders (they are also in demand in construction), electricians, fitters, turners, and engineers of various specializations,» — quoted the press service the words of the regional representative of Avito Rabota in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts, Ekaterina Salostiy.

Thus, welders ranked first in demand with an average salary offer* of 124.2 thousand rubles (approximately $1,400 at current rates). In second place are electricians — 101.4 thousand rubles (approximately $1,100). In third — fitters (83.7 thousand rubles, approximately $930). In fourth are engineers — their salary offer averages 122.5 thousand rubles (approximately $1,400). Rounding out the top five are turners — 93.7 thousand rubles (approximately $1,000).
