Her name is Olga Shlyachina, she is from the Miyakinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and is a third-year student at the Bashkir Agrarian University. Olga said that when she joined the Ufa municipal services department, many other tractor drivers were surprised: «Girl, what are you doing here?» However, she admits that she didn«t particularly like machinery before, but grew fond of it.
Earlier, Ufa Mayor Ratmir Mavliev spoke about another student who also studies at the Bashkir Agrarian University and cleans streets with a tractor — 20-year-old Marina Potapova.
