Five Tomsk Companies Named Best Employers in Russia

Five employers from Tomsk Region have been recognized as some of the best in the country based on the annual «hh.ru Rating». A total of 1,792 companies from 69 regions made the list.

The first rating consisted of 426 companies where the number of employees does not exceed five thousand. 264th place in this rating was taken by the research and production firm «Mikran», which is engaged in the production of telecommunications, control and measurement, radar equipment, as well as the production of microwave microelectronics. The leader of the rating was the company «SberMarketing».

Another rating of 600 companies, which included four Tomsk employers, encompasses firms where no more than 250 people work. 12th place was taken by «SibTechProekt», specializing in design and architecture. In 290th place is the online store of innovative goods Maxmoll. Rounding out the list are two Tomsk IT companies — Supl.biz and NPF «Information Security Systems». The leader in the list of small companies was the media outlet «Afisha».

According to hh.ru experts, the companies that made it into this top list meet high standards of HR practices and compete in creating a comfortable work environment.

In the two remaining ratings — the largest (from five thousand people) and medium-sized companies (up to a thousand people) — we did not find employers from Tomsk Region. The best there were «Alfa-Bank» and «Ivi».
