In Vietnam, an aggressive monkey attacked a tourist from Kazan and bit her hand so severely that medical intervention was required, according to the Telegram channel SHOT.

Angelina from Tatarstan was on vacation with a friend. On Monkey Island near Nha Trang, she decided to feed a monkey from her hand, but the animal instead attacked her hand.
A local employee tried to help the victim by pressing on Angelina«s wound and applying an improvised tourniquet.
Afterwards, the girl was taken to the hospital by ferry. The wound was deep, and she was given a rabies vaccination. She will continue treatment at home.

Recently, a tragic incident occurred in Egypt involving a teacher from Tatarstan. On January 4, a 51-year-old tourist felt unwell immediately after arriving in Sharm el-Sheikh. She was hospitalized from the airport with a stroke and fell into a coma. Private medical companies requested over 13 million rubles (about $144,000 at current rates) for her transportation home, but the family did not have the funds.
She now is in the Republican Clinical Hospital (RKB) in serious condition and has not regained consciousness. Earlier, the victim«s son, Ruslan Gardikhanov, told a 116.RU correspondent that family friends have opened a fundraiser.
