On Kuibyshev Street in Yekaterinburg, the situation was perceived as a traffic accident involving a tram. The arrival of an ambulance and eyewitness reports of an injured child suggested possible serious consequences.
According to initial reports, the tram might have brushed a person with its mirror, who then fell. The State Traffic Inspectorate for Sverdlovsk Oblast refuted this information, stating that no children were involved in the incident and there were no casualties.
The investigation revealed that the participant in the event was a 20-year-old man. He slipped on the spot but sustained no injuries. The young man declined to formally register the traffic incident.
