NGS published an article stating that on February 1 in Novosibirsk, the TsUM in the city center will close, after which it will be demolished. «When will they demolish TsUM in Moscow? This is completely outrageous. Novosibirsk is probably the only city with a population of over one million without its own Arbat (pedestrian street) and without its own TsUM. In my opinion, every big city should have one,» one user said indignantly.
