Pensioner caught masturbating near children's hospital
In Volgograd, a man around 60 years old was filmed masturbating in a public place. The incident occurred near the Regional Children«s Hospital, where he was hiding behind trees in a planted area.
According to a local resident, this person regularly appears in the area of Zemlyachki Street and is noticed almost every morning. «This happens between the »Hospital Complex« bus stop and the railway tracks. Women with children and young girls walk by, who are essentially unprotected from him. No one knows what is going on in his head and what he might do,» the witness reported.
Information about the incident has been sent to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Volgograd Region to assess the man«s actions.
Similar incidents in the region are not the first. For example:
- Previously, a man was detained for masturbating in the presence of female students of a medical college.
- Another case involved a bus passenger who committed indecent acts in front of a child and was then punished by an outraged passenger.
