Teen Kills Mother in Ural Village, Daughter Recounts

The daughter of Natalia Kiryanova from the Gornouralsky settlement recounted how a 15-year-old teenager killed her mother. On January 21, the court is to determine his preventive measure. The boy encountered the woman in the entrance of her building, stabbed her in the stomach, and fled.

«My sister was home alone (we were waiting for mom). She was coming up the stairs from the store, and he was probably going down. There was no motive: she didn»t know him, and he didn«t know her,» said the elder daughter of the killed Natalia.

The injured Natalia made it to her apartment, where her younger daughter called an ambulance for her. She was immediately taken to the hospital and operated on, but they couldn«t save her. On January 12, she passed away. And her loved ones still don»t know why the woman lost her life.

«I don»t know the truth. There are a lot of rumors in the settlement. And there are drug addicts, maybe he was looking for something [in the entrance], maybe not. I can«t specify. Mom was operated on the first day, and she was in more or less condition, she felt bad, she was nauseous, had vomiting, her pressure was dropping, she had a fever. On the 5th day, it got worse, the cause of death was called peritonitis,» says Natalia«s daughter.

Natalia worked on a farm and was raising three children. Two are already adults. The elder daughter of the deceased intends to take the younger girl under her care.
