Video shows dangerous drifting on snowy road near Volgograd
A dangerous drift on a snowy road, presumably in Volzhsky near Volgograd, was caught on video. The driver actively swerved from side to side and periodically entered the oncoming lane, creating a threat of an accident for other road users.
The recording appeared in one of the anonymous Telegram channels. The audio track had to be removed due to a large amount of profanity. Judging by the conversation between the operator and the driver, they know the violator and are only surprised by his «skill».
«We are watching and waiting for the deepest repentance,» wrote the authors of the Telegram channel under the video.
The press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (GU MVD) has already sent the video recording for evaluation to the traffic police (GAI).
«If violations are found in the driver»s actions, he will be held accountable, about which we will inform additionally,« stated the department.
Similar incidents have occurred before. Earlier, in the Krasnooktyabrsky district, a reckless driver was also filmed intentionally violating traffic rules. The video was posted on social media with the caption «Oh, good,» and users« reactions were positive. Later, this driver was detained, and he justified his behavior by celebrating a wedding.
