Vanya Dmitrienko seeks personal assistant
Vanya Dmitrienko«s assistant must be plugged into the work almost constantly, just like the artist himself.
Singer Vanya Dmitrienko is looking for a full-time personal assistant with a salary of 250,000 to 300,000 rubles (roughly $2,600–$3,100 at current rates) a month. The job ad was posted on the hh.ru website.
The ad does not say who needs the assistant. It only states that the helper is required by “one of the brightest young artists in the country,” with a huge number of streams and chart hits. The vacancy was published by the agency Assisteca.
Assisteca is a boutique recruitment agency that selects personal and business assistants for entrepreneurs and top managers.
Duties include:
booking flights, trains and private jet travel, and organizing tours with yachts, villas and security;
finding a housekeeper and doctors, and organizing renovations and private events (up to and including dinner in the woods with an orchestra);
solving “unsolvable” problems — from a parking pass to rare services on tight deadlines;
working with contracts and finances while complying with an NDA.
Requirements for the candidate for the position of Vanya Dmitrienko«s assistant are at least three years of experience with public figures, English at B1 level or above, and a willingness to call strangers.
A separate point is a belief in evidence-based medicine rather than homeopathy.
The assistant will be paid 250,000 to 300,000 rubles net. The arrangement is through self-employment.
The schedule is irregular, and the candidate must be reachable at any time. Vacation is 28 days a year, but advance notice is required.
“You will gain unique experience, a strong base of contacts in the industry and tasks that truly help you grow,” the recruiter stresses in the ad.
News that Vanya Dmitrienko is looking for an assistant has already spread across social media. Users are criticizing both the conditions and the salary.
The singer himself noticed the video, laughed at it and remarked:
“Well, the conditions there actually aren«t that harsh,” he writes in the comments under the clip.
