How exactly the accident occurred is still unknown. Traffic on Lenina Avenue is partially obstructed, and the situation is further complicated by snowfall (we reported on when it will end in a separate article).

«At that spot, buses are always parked at the stop, and drivers in the right lane start to overtake them and squeeze into the middle lane without checking if it»s clear,« a reader of E1.RU said.

The Yekaterinburg State Traffic Inspectorate (GIBDD) responded that their officers are working at the accident site.

Updated: No one was injured in the crash, and traffic inspectors helped the drivers complete procedural documents.

«We urge drivers to be extremely vigilant and cautious while driving,» the city«s GIBDD appealed to motorists.

A traffic jam also formed on the Chelyabinsk Tract, where two trucks blocked the road towards Yekaterinburg. Watch footage from the accident scene.

Read several useful guides from E1.RU: in them, we explain how to help a crash victim without causing further harm; a doctor gave advice on how to resuscitate a person and explained when it«s necessary. Another important article is about how to extract a passenger or driver from a wrecked car.

We also compiled a useful test: check if you can correctly provide assistance to people injured in a traffic accident.
