«The ambulance got stuck on the tracks, but I didn»t see how it ended up there. Perhaps someone felt unwell either in the tram or on the alley,« said E1.RU reader Anna, who filmed the unusual incident on video.
The footage shows that the ambulance stopped right in front of a route 3 tram. Its driver and ten passengers had to get out of the car and push the vehicle. At one point, a man in a bright vest started waving vigorously at someone.
After a few minutes, the car managed to move and drive a few meters in reverse, but soon it got stuck again. The tram drove up to the ambulance, and the driver joined the rescue team again. In the end, through joint efforts, the car was finally pulled out.
We asked the city administration«s press service about why the ambulance ended up on the tram tracks, which are separated from the road, and whether there were any incidents in the tram car beforehand. If details emerge, we will update the publication.
