As NGS reader Vadim reported, he received a fine for 30 January. The man was driving at 72 km/h when the speed limit is 40 km/h. The fine amount is more than 562.5 rubles (about $8 at current rates). The Novosibirsk resident provided the editorial office with a screenshot from the Gosuslugi portal. The camera is located at the entrance to the bridge from the left bank.

At the end of January, NGS correspondents were told that the photo and video recording cameras had been installed, but would start issuing fines after the traffic management project was approved.

An NGS correspondent contacted the press service of TsODD (the Center for Traffic Management), but they requested an official inquiry. It has been sent.

The fourth bridge in Novosibirsk is being treated with «Bionord». This information appeared on the website of a Ural anti-icing materials plant — one of the producers of the reagent.
