Ermak train with Novosibirsk symbols enters metro service
The Ermak train began service on the Novosibirsk metro line on January 23, featuring city symbols for the system«s 40th anniversary.
On January 23, the Ermak train in anniversary livery with city symbols entered the Novosibirsk Metro line. Mayor Maksim Kudryavtsev announced this in his Telegram channel.
«The design with silhouettes of Novosibirsk was a gift from Transmashholding for the 40th anniversary of our underground. Representatives from metro systems in Russian and foreign cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, as well as Yerevan and Almaty have come to Novosibirsk. Anniversary events with their participation will be held in the city — this is an opportunity to discuss the development of underground transport, exchange experience and professional knowledge,» wrote the mayor.
As reported by NGS in the Novosibirsk Metro, the Ermak with Novosibirsk symbols will run today on the Leninskaya Line from 17:00 to 23:00.
