The affected addresses are building No. 67 on Garazhnaya Street and the residential complex «Dom u Ozera» at Selezneva Street, 104/1. According to residents, the temperature in the apartments has dropped to +15 °C (59 °F).

A resident of the building on Garazhnaya published a video. According to her, there has been no heating for five days now, and dispatchers give different reasons for the breakdown and repair timelines daily. Meanwhile, the management company claims that heat was supposedly supplied two days ago.

«It»s -12 °C (10 °F) outside, and +15…+16 °C (59…61 °F) in the apartments. The thermometers show something completely different from what they«re telling us,» the woman says.

A similar situation exists in the building on Selezneva Street. Residents of the «Dom u Ozera» complex claim that heating has been virtually absent for more than a month: radiators warm up to a maximum of +35…+36 °C (95…97 °F), and the temperature in apartments has dropped to +15 °C (59 °F).

According to the city«s residents, the management company and the resource-supplying organization are shifting responsibility onto each other, while complaints end in formal, dismissive responses or remain unanswered.

The Municipal Dispatch Center (Mitsentr Upravleniya, MCU) of Krasnodar told 93.RU that both addresses are being worked on. The timeline for restoring normal heating there has not yet been specified.
