On the morning of 20 July, the operational headquarters of Krasnodar Krai reported that drone debris fell in Sochi. In the Adler district, a private house caught fire. According to authorities, there were no casualties and the fire has been extinguished. Special and emergency services are working at the scene.

During the night and morning, the resort declared a drone attack threat twice. Around 07:00, sirens blared in Sochi. Mayor Andrey Proshunin urged residents and tourists to take shelter and remain calm.

Additionally, Sochi Airport imposed temporary restrictions on flights due to the drone attack threat in the morning. According to the airport«s online board, at least 12 departures and 14 arrivals are delayed.

Earlier that morning, it was also reported that drone attacks caused damage in Yeysk. Windows were shattered in seven houses, and three people were injured. The injured were hospitalized and are receiving medical assistance.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, air defense systems destroyed 381 drones over Russian regions, including over Krasnodar Krai, the Black Sea, and the Sea of Azov.
