On the night of January 19, in a fire at a private house located in the village of Gladkiye Vyselki, Zakharovsky District, the 46-year-old homeowner died. His body was found while extinguishing the fire, according to the press service of the regional investigative committee.
An investigator inspected the scene of the incident and appointed all necessary expert examinations. Including medical and fire-technical ones.
Preliminarily, the cause of the fire was careless handling of fire. The circumstances of the tragedy are being established.
The investigative department drew the attention of residents of the region to the necessity of observing fire safety measures.
«In many cases, the cause of people»s deaths has been negligence or inattention. Fires occur in residential houses due to gross violations of fire safety rules when using heating appliances (including homemade ones), overloading the electrical network, and ordinary human carelessness,« the department warned.
In case of emergencies, it is necessary to call the rescue service at «112» from all mobile operators; the call is free. The number «112» can be dialed from a mobile phone even without a SIM card.
