Yekaterinburg Twin Models Share Their Life Story
Not only are the sisters incredibly similar, but they are also stunning beauties!
23-year-old Vera and Ksenia Zyanters are the most popular twin sisters in Yekaterinburg. The beauties work as models and actively use their physical resemblance to develop a blog with over 60,000 subscribers.
The girls share everything with each other: clothes, daily life, hobbies. For now, they can«t imagine life without one another, but they are preparing for the inevitable separation, since you can»t go to the registry office with one groom for both. We tell their story on E1.RU.
‘Actually, we are fraternal twins, but we tell everyone we are identical twins; it«s easier for people to understand,’ the girls explained.
Typically, identical twins have identical DNA; they are in and develop from one amniotic sac (doctors call this monozygotic). Most often, identical twins are born when the embryo in the uterine cavity splits into two in the early stages of pregnancy. These children look alike like two peas in a pod, unlike fraternal twins.
Fraternal twins can look different and be of different sexes. During the mother«s pregnancy, they are in different amniotic sacs, and they have completely different DNA. Such children develop differently.
In fact, the sisters are fraternal twins, but often present themselves as identical to avoid extra questions.
Vera and Ksenia were born into a large family, and all the sisters are first-class beauties!
In childhood, Vera and Ksenia were so similar that even their relatives managed to confuse them. This is no longer the case. They only need to introduce themselves and show who is who in front of strangers.
‘We were often confused by our parents, grandparents, and even in our teenage years there was a period when we were very similar. But we have differences: Vera has a mole on her left cheek, I have more sharp facial features. Some distinguish us by our eyebrows, some by our hair or voice,’ Ksenia said.

Although the sisters have loved dressing alike since childhood, each has her own style and temperament.
‘Perhaps no one will ever understand who is in front of you – Ksyusha or Vera. I have a more delicate, airy style, and Ksyusha has a classic one. At some point, we wanted to be different. But then with age, over time, we realized that we are the same and we need to use it. This is a born project, and it«s our gimmick!’ Vera explained.
Ksenia and Vera are always together everywhere, at any events.
The sisters studied in the same fields and always helped each other out during exams. They made their innate feature a gimmick in adult life – that«s how they were hired together for their first official job at the company »Sima-land«. Together, they developed social media and organized events. Soon, the girls left to develop their own brand.
They shared that Vera is more creative, and Ksyusha has a different mindset – she is focused and loves planning.
‘There are almost no downsides to working together, the only thing is there«s an opportunity to shift responsibility to the other. But otherwise, it»s all pluses, and the main one is the support of my sister,’ Vera said.
The sisters worked at «Sima-land» for over three years.
The twins admit that they have a mental connection and always feel each other«s state without unnecessary words.
‘It«s like living with yourself. Sometimes there»s a feeling that we are like one person. But this can also be dangerous because we are still different people. We were always raised to have each other. We know twins who are embarrassed by this and don«t want to be similar. But we just turned it into a plus, and we don»t have that we don«t consider ourselves individuals; each has her own life. God gave us each other to create something incredible and large-scale,’ Ksenia says.
Each of the sisters understands that they will have to separate someday to build families.
Now, the beauties not only work but also live together. It happens that they get tired of each other, but they understand that someday they will have to separate for their own families.
‘We understand that each has a personal life; in the future, we will try to properly distribute work. The separation process won«t be so abrupt; it will be smooth so that we have time to prepare each other,’ Vera said.
Sometimes, Vera and Ksenia get tired of each other.

In their blog, the beauties talk about their life, funny incidents, and show fashionable finds. They can also be seen in advertising projects – for example, they recently did a collaboration with «Zhiznmart». Also, since childhood, the sisters have been engaged in singing and plan to create a duo.

‘We get a lot of offers from men who absolutely don«t care which of us goes on a date. »If one doesn«t agree to chat with me, well, the other will.» We appreciate when a man can distinguish us, see us as individuals,’ the beauties explained.

‘There was an interesting moment when Ksyusha was in a relationship, and I was sitting with older brothers in a café. Ksyusha«s boyfriend»s father saw this and thought it was her. He immediately called his son,’ Vera recalled.
