On Sunday evening, February 1, the city administration issued an emergency message: supposedly, carriers are already preparing buses to start their routes as planned on Monday morning. They say even duty officers have been appointed—and these poor souls will be heating the vehicles all night and early in the morning, while the depot areas and terminal stops were cleared of snow even earlier. We«ll hold them to their word. On the morning of February 2, forecasters promise temperatures down to -26°C (-15°F) in Voronezh. And most importantly, let»s hope nothing goes wrong for the carriers, as it usually does during rush hour in any weather.
