As follows from the case file, the materials concerning Ms. Eliseeva, the general director of JSC «Privolzhtransstroi» Alexander Gavryuchenkov, his deputy Sergey Odinev, as well as the head of LLC «SZ Miteo Komfort» Elena Guryanova and her deputy Zakhar Reshetnyak were submitted to the court on the same day, 30 January. On the same day, the materials of all five cases were transferred to Judge Elena Kozlova, but the date for considering the materials on selecting or changing the preventive measure has not yet been set.
Recall that Alexander Gavryuchenkov is currently in one of Moscow«s pre-trial detention centers. Together with his deputy Sergey Odinev, as well as two top managers of LLC »SZ Miteo Komfort« — Elena Guryanova and Zakhar Reshetnyak — they were detained, taken to Moscow, and were arrested on 28 August by a decision of the Basmanny District Court. The arrests of the construction executives, accused of bribery, are linked to the case of the previously detained former head of the Department of Economic Policy and Investments of the Volgograd City Administration, Anna Eliseeva. Her criminal case, according to her husband, is in the final stage of investigation.
