In Volgograd Oblast, an unfinished apartment building has been put up for auction. The property is located in the village of Pyatimorsk in the Kalachevsky district, with a starting price of 7 million 580 thousand rubles (approximately $84,200 at current rates).
According to the auction documentation, the seller is the administration of the Ilyevskoye rural settlement in the Kalachevsky district of Volgograd Oblast. Bids are accepted from January 31 to February 27, with the auction and announcement of results scheduled for March 5.
The potential buyer is offered an unfinished two-story residential building at 15 Peschanyaya Street, near the federal highway A-260 Volgograd — Kamensk-Shakhtinsky — Luhansk. The building«s completion is at 48%, with a total area of 613.9 square meters. Judging by the photos attached to the auction documentation, the house has its shell built but needs glazing and balcony railings installed.
