The administration of Ilyevsky rural settlement in Kalachevsky district, Volgograd Region, has announced an auction for the sale of an unfinished apartment building. The property is located in the village of Pyatimorsk on Pesochanaya Street, 15, near the A-260 highway «Volgograd – Kamensk-Shakhtinsky – Lugansk».
The starting price is 7,580,000 rubles (approximately $84,200 at current rates). The application period will run from January 31 to February 27, and the auction results will be announced on March 5.
