Three Accidents in Lipetsk Region: Three Injured

On July 20, three road accidents were recorded in the Lipetsk region, in which three people were injured.

Around noon in Lipetsk on Kosmonavtov Street, a Lada Vesta driven by a 38-year-old man collided with a Kia driven by a 43-year-old woman. The woman sustained injuries.

In the Gryazinsky district, at about 5:30 p.m. on the Gryazi–Dobrinka highway, a 38-year-old UAZ driver lost control, veered into a ditch, and overturned. He was hospitalized with injuries.

At about 9:00 p.m. in the Lipetsk district on the Sentsovo–Kuleshovka road, a moped driven by a 13-year-old girl collided with a Škoda driven by a 39-year-old woman. As a result, a 17-year-old passenger on the moped was injured.

Over the day, traffic inspectors recorded 6,253 violations. Three drivers were charged with drunk driving, and 739 for not wearing seat belts.

Automatic video recording systems captured 5,961 violations, including speeding, driving into oncoming traffic, running red lights, and using a phone while driving. Mobile systems on patrol cars recorded 98 violations.

In addition, 16 collisions without injuries were registered.
