On Tuesday, July 21, heavy precipitation will continue until midday. The cause — a slowly northward-moving atmospheric front. Chief forecaster Alexander Kolesov noted, “Rain, albeit intermittently, will still be observed in the city during the first half of the day.”
On the morning of July 21, the temperature in the city was around +12 degrees Celsius (54°F). After the rain stops in the afternoon, the mercury will rise to +15…+16 degrees Celsius (59–61°F). According to morning data, 5 mm of precipitation fell near the Neva Bay, and 2–3 mm in the city center.
