St. Petersburg Company Buys Chayka Children's Camp Near Moscow

The St. Petersburg company «Avielen Parking» is buying the unfinished children«s health camp »Chayka« in the village of Pirogovo near Mytishchi from the Lipetsk regional government. This is reported by the Telegram channel »Stroyki — i tochka«.
«Avielen Parking» is linked to the developer of the office complex «Airport City» near Pulkovo Airport. According to the channel«s information, the company bid 301 million rubles (approximately $3.0 million at current rates) at auction for a plot of 8.6 hectares and four non-residential buildings with an area of 1,100 square meters.
The camp «Chayka» is located on the shore of the Pirogovskoye Reservoir. The readiness of the buildings is from 10% to 53%.
MSK1.RU has sent a request to «Avielen Parking». According to «Kontur. Focus», the company manages its own or rented real estate and in 2024 received 71 million rubles (approximately $710,000 at current rates) in net profit.
