The outage at «Igra Service» has left many subscribers without internet access in Krasnoyarsk.
Subscribers of the internet provider «Igra Service» are complaining about a mass outage across the city. Problems began in the early morning of February 2.
«The bot isn»t working, there«s no info on the website, there»s no internet, I don«t know how long it»s been — we woke up at 06:40, it was already gone,« reports a reader of NGS24.RU. Complaints are coming from various districts of Krasnoyarsk.
In the technical support of the internet provider, an auto-responder plays on all calls, and then the calls are dropped.
Meanwhile, services that track complaints about internet outages have not yet reported anything about Krasnoyarsk providers.

At the end of 2025, a powerful outage occurred at «Orion Telecom». Its representatives spoke about an attack on their infrastructure. Krasnoyarsk residents were left without internet, and the networks endured a real «hurricane».
«The attack had a power of 297 Gbps (measuring the »bandwidth« of the attack) and 82 Mpps (measuring the packet delivery rate; used to overload network devices, such as routers). In simple terms, it means it was almost a hurricane if you combine these two indicators,» explained the company representative.
