Novosibirsk authorities are seizing apartments in a building on Malygina Street near Khilok Market. The resolution on this has appeared on the municipal portal.
The document states that the municipality will seize apartments in the building at Malygina Street, 25. The barrack, built 65 years ago, has been deemed emergency and subject to demolition. The residential premises are planned to be bought out. In total, the city needs to seize 19 apartments.
As reported by NGS, apartment buildings No. 23, 25, 13, and 19 on Malygina Street were deemed emergency and subject to demolition in 2022. The resettlement was planned for 2034, but after the prosecutor«s office intervened, the deadline was moved to 2031.
NGS has sent a request to the mayor«s office press center.
Residents of the buildings have repeatedly complained about terrible conditions; two years ago, a journalist spoke with locals who suffered due to a burning garbage dump.
Recently, it became known that the Novosibirsk mayor«s office is seizing apartments in a building on Savva Kozhevnikov Street, 2 in the Bugrinskaya Roshcha microdistrict. A year ago, 16 people were evacuated from there due to fist-sized cracks.
