Moscow Court to Review Detention Extension for Officials
Documents on the cases of a former official and four construction company heads were submitted to the Basmanny Court on January 30.

The Basmanny District Court of Moscow has begun preparations to extend the pre-trial detention measure in the form of custody for former head of the department of economic policy and investments of the Volgograd administration Anna Eliseeva and four top managers of two large regional developers.
According to the court«s file, materials on all five individuals involved, including general director of JSC »Privolzhtransstroy« Alexander Gavryuchenkov, his deputy Sergey Odinev, head of LLC »SZ Meteo Comfort« Elena Guryanova, and her deputy Zakhar Reshetnyak, were submitted on January 30. All cases have been assigned to judge Elena Kozlova, however, the date for considering the motions to extend detention has not been set yet.
Recall that Alexander Gavryuchenkov, Sergey Odinev, Elena Guryanova, and Zakhar Reshetnyak were detained and arrested by the Basmanny Court on August 28 in a bribery case. Their detention is linked to the investigation into Anna Eliseeva, whose criminal case, as previously reported, is in its final stage.
