In the Kinel-Cherkassy district of the region, a sordid criminal drama unfolded. An elderly man visited another«s bathhouse, where the old friends drank, quarreled, and fought. The 76-year-old homeowner emerged victorious and, according to investigators, killed his 70-year-old guest during the altercation. The crime occurred on January 24.

«After which the perpetrator dismembered the victim»s body and threw it into a cesspit. Currently, the suspect has been detained. In the near future, the court will decide whether to remand him in a pre-trial detention center or choose another preventive measure for the duration of the investigation,« reported the regional investigative department.

Two of her accomplices from Georgia, Svetlana and Dmitry Metreveli, have been charged in absentia.
