Deputy chairman detained in Krasnoyarsk Krai for bribery

Sergey Lyubkin, deputy chairman of the Achinsky District Council of Deputies, was detained in Krasnoyarsk Krai. A source reported this to NGS24.RU.

The crime Lyubkin is suspected of was committed when he was still the head of the Bolsheuluysky District. He was elected to this position in 2000 and then re-elected in 2005, 2010, and five years later in 2015; the district is currently temporarily headed by Alena Borisova.

Sergey Lyubkin is suspected of bribery. Searches were conducted at the deputy«s residence, and weapons and some documents were seized. After interrogation, the issue of choosing a preventive measure for the deputy will be decided.

Earlier, NGS24.RU reported that at the end of December 2025, in Krasnoyarsk, former Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Mikhail Zaskalko was detained, he is accused of abuse of authority. It is known that Zaskalko worked with the former head of the regional Capital Construction Department (UCS) Sergey Vetrov. At that time, he was his deputy.
