Unlicensed Teenager Crashes Pit Bike Into Lada Granta in Nevinnomyssk

Teenager without license injured in accident
On the evening of January 29, a traffic accident involving a minor occurred in Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol Krai, Russia).
Around 19:00 on Frunze Street, a Lada Granta passenger car collided with a pit bike driven by a 17-year-old teenager.
According to the State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI), the 30-year-old female driver of the passenger car, while making a left turn, did not yield the right of way to the pit bike. A collision occurred.
The impact was serious. The teenager sustained injuries and was hospitalized at a medical facility in Nevinnomyssk. As clarified by the State Traffic Inspectorate, the car driver is a local resident with less than two years of driving experience.
The young pit bike rider does not have a driver«s license — the vehicle is classified as sports equipment and is not intended for use on public roads.
An investigation is being conducted into the incident. All circumstances of the accident are being established.
It is worth recalling that accidents involving pit bikes in the region occur regularly. For example, in September 2025 in Mikhaylovsk, teenagers on pit bikes failed to yield to a concrete mixer — both boys later died in the hospital.
