In the Urals, a major traffic jam has stretched along the M-12 highway due to an accident near the village of Pervomaysky (Nizhneserginsky District). According to footage sent by E1.RU readers, a truck with a trailer overturned on the snowy road.

«The accident is after Druzhinino, near the Tatneft gas station. The highway towards Yekaterinburg is completely blocked; you can detour through Pervomaysky and the village of Krylоsovo,» shared an E1.RU reader.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reports that a collision involving six trucks occurred. No one was injured in the accident.
«Due to the mass crash, traffic on this section of the highway in the direction of Yekaterinburg is moving in one lane,» the department reported.
The State Traffic Inspectorate strongly recommends that all drivers in the winter period choose a safe speed, maintain an increased following distance and sufficient lateral clearance, as precipitation, icy conditions, and short daylight hours significantly increase the risk of road accidents.
Earlier, on the Chelyabinsk tract, two KAMAZ trucks nearly flew into a ditch. No one was injured, but the heavy trucks blocked the road for other motorists, and a traffic jam formed at the scene.
