Traffic ban imposed on Kaluga Highway under Orlovsky Overpass in Tula

In Tula, a ban will be imposed on all types of traffic under the Orlovsky Overpass—a bridge that connects Tula with the «Zelenstroy» district. This was reported by the city administration«s press service.

The restrictions will be in effect from January 23 to 26, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.
As clarified by the administration, the traffic restrictions are related to reconstruction work on the Orlovsky Overpass, which has been ongoing since the summer of 2025.
To bypass the bridge, freight transport will have to exit Kaluga Highway onto Lenin Avenue, and from there via Energitikov Passage to Ryazanskaya Street.
To exit Tula towards the M-2 highway, one will need to head towards Odoevskoye Highway.
During the work, it will be possible to travel from Ryazanskaya Street to Lenin Avenue, and the same applies to Kaluga Highway. Only the direct route under the bridge will be closed.
