Plans for Three New Nizhny Novgorod-Kstovo Bus Routes
Authorities have discussed plans to launch new bus routes between Nizhny Novgorod and Kstovo.
Three new bus routes could be launched between Nizhny Novgorod and Kstovo in 2027. The plans can be realized if funding is found, NN.RU was told by the Center for Transport System Development.
If the outcome is favorable for Nizhny Novgorod residents, starting January 1, 2027, the authorities will launch the following routes:
No. 100 «Druzhayeva Street — Kstovo Bus Station»;
No. 117 «Milk Factory — Bolshoye Mokroye Village (via Yelkhovka Village)»;
No. 125 «Usilova Street — Kstovo Bus Station».
These transport changes are being considered against the backdrop of the Kstovo District joining the city district of Nizhny Novgorod. Now the authorities are addressing transport connectivity issues, as people complain about poor service between settlements.
It should be added that since January of this year, new bus routes have already been launched between Nizhny Novgorod and Kstovo. Also, new routes have appeared in the annexed settlement itself.
