Parking banned on several Tula streets overnight Feb 3-4

Snow removal crews will clear the streets during the overnight parking ban.
In Tula, from the evening of February 3 until the morning of February 4, a number of streets will be closed to parking and stopping of all types of vehicles. The city administration’s press service informed residents of Tula about this.
The restrictions will be in effect from 9 p.m. on February 3 to 5 a.m. on February 4 on the following sections:
- Shukhova Street
- Yu. Fuchika Street
- G. Margelova Street
- 1st Proezd Raskovoy
- 2nd Proezd Gastello
The administration announced the upcoming parking restrictions at 7:05 p.m. The parking ban is due to snow removal and hauling by municipal services on these streets.
On the night of February 3-4, record cold for this winter is also expected in Tula Oblast. In some places, temperatures could drop to minus 30 degrees Celsius (-22°F)! But even so, this is far from the end of the freeze wave — its peak is forecast for the night of February 5.
