Novosibirsk Paid Parking Revenue Hits 65.4 Million Rubles

Last year, Novosibirsk residents paid 65.4 million rubles (approximately $654,000 at current rates) for paid parking. This was reported by Mayor Maksim Kudryavtsev on his Telegram channel.

According to the city head, the most in-demand of the new parking lots was the parking area near the Central Market — on Michurina, Krylov, and Kamenskaya streets. In the first month of operation, 2,675 transactions were recorded, with a total amount of 232.5 thousand rubles (approximately $2,300 at current rates).

In second place is the area near the «Bakhetle» supermarket on Kirov Street: over a month, there were 718 payments totaling 65.2 thousand rubles (approximately $652 at current rates).

«The parking lot on Spartak Street near the city children»s clinical emergency hospital enjoys stable demand — 573 transactions totaling 65.1 thousand rubles (approximately $651 at current rates). Visitors to the medical institution have a special payment regime,« notes Maksim Kudryavtsev.

In total, Novosibirsk has 22 paid parking lots with 2,237 spaces. The cost is 50 or 100 rubles per hour, depending on the zone. In 2025, the city received 65.4 million rubles (approximately $654,000 at current rates) from the operation of parking lots.

Recently, it became known that city authorities equipped a paid parking lot near the embankment staircase.
