The Novosibirsk city hall provided the average number of cars that cross from one bank to the other per day. The data was given in response to a request from NGS.

The city hall press center reported that the most cars per day travel over the Oktyabrsky and Dimitrovsky bridges. The average daily traffic flow is 4–5 thousand cars in each direction.

On the Bugrinsky Bridge, traffic intensity is lower and amounts to approximately 1.5 thousand cars in each direction.

Regarding how many cars per day travel over the fourth bridge, the city hall could not answer, because its operation is handled by the VIS Group. NGS sent a request to the company, but as of publication, no response has been received.

At the same time, the city hall notes that after the launch of traffic on the fourth bridge, the average number of cars traveling over the Dimitrovsky, Oktyabrsky, and Bugrinsky bridges has not changed significantly.

At the beginning of 2026, Novosibirsk residents had questions about the fourth bridge: what the speed limits are related to, why speeding is still not fined there, and whether it was worth opening it unfinished. We explore this in this article.
