New Videos Reveal Sennaya Metro Station Construction Stages

New footage shows the current progress in the construction of the Sennaya metro station on Belinsky Street in Nizhny Novgorod.
Currently, the site is installing enclosing structures for the pit of the future metro ventilation shaft.
Simultaneously, a distribution beam is being built, designed to distribute the load and ensure stability along the perimeter.
The underground section already includes two completed tunnels. The Vladimir shield completed the driving of the second tunnel in December 2025, after which it began to be lifted to the surface for professional inspection. The dismantling of the complex is nearing completion, after which the installation of engineering equipment in the tunnel will begin.
The contract for the construction of new metro stations in the Nagornaya part of the city has been extended until December 2027. Initially, completion of the work was planned for the end of 2025.
