Michurin Street section in Samara center opens, but not for all

The ongoing restrictions have disrupted two frequently used trolleybus routes in Samara.
Public transport has been returned to its usual routes in Samara«s Oktyabrsky District. Trolleybuses and buses are again running past the Expo Volga exhibition center.

“Public transport movement on Michurin Street has been restored. For drivers, restrictions on Chelyuskintsev Street remain: passage in the area of the intersection is still unavailable,” the city transport department reported.

The section of Michurin Street at the intersection with Chelyuskintsev was closed on the morning of 20 January. A heating main was being built there to connect a building under construction. During the restriction period, bus routes No. 4 and 22, as well as trolleybus routes No. 4 and 15, were rerouted.
In July of last year, Michurin Street was already blocked near Expo Volga. However, for a different reason. At that time, at the intersection with Lunacharsky Street, a branch pipe for cold water supply was being connected to the centralized networks.
