Passengers were evacuated at the «Dvinskie Zori» bus stop in Arkhangelsk following reports of smoke.

On the morning of January 22, bus route No. 43 was taken out of service, and all passengers were forced to exit onto the street. As reported online, the cabin filled with smoke and a fire almost broke out.

The transport company stated that no fire occurred, attributing the incident to a technical malfunction.

The transport company «Rico» explained to 29.RU that there was no fire or smoke.

«An unpleasant smell of oil was felt in the cabin, and due to a preliminary technical malfunction, the bus was taken off the route to the repair zone.»

Recently, a bus passenger attacked the driver. The transport company «Rico» stated that a year ago, this person had done the same thing.
