The Telegram channel «Yekaterinburg. Main», which is close to the city hall, reported: «Even though he unscrewed the license plates from his car and took it to Istok for repairs, the accident has been recorded, and the documents for a lawsuit of 700,000 rubles (about $7,000 at current rates) are about to be sent to his address.»

The moment of the traffic incident was captured by surveillance cameras.

According to available information, during the maneuver, the car«s rear wheels ended up on tram tracks, which caused it to skid. The vehicle headed towards the concrete railing, jumped on it, and completely destroyed a section of the fence.

The incident was recorded by street surveillance cameras.

The Yekaterinburg State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (GIBDD) has previously noted that drifting is only permitted on specially designated areas. Performing such stunts on the roadway is a violation of traffic rules.

Similar risky actions have already led to tragic consequences. In 2025, a Lexus driver attempting to perform a car jump flew off the embankment into the water. In that incident, the driver himself and his two female passengers died.
