In Rostov-on-Don, tram service has been temporarily suspended due to bad weather, according to the city transport department.
«Tram movement has been suspended,» the message states.
Changes have also affected buses. Routes No. 2, 6, 6a, 17a, 21, 27, 35, 38, 43, 44, 47, 58, 76, 78, 90, 90a, 99 will not run on Stadionnaya Street for now. The updated route is: Narodnogo Opolcheniya Square — Lenin Avenue — Mikhaila Nagibina Avenue — Tekucheva Street — Budennovsky Avenue.
«Trolleybus movement on Stadionnaya Street has been suspended,» added the transport department.
Due to heavy traffic on Sovkhoznaya and Peskova streets, route No. 64 «Karatayevo Settlement» — «Central Market» will operate on a shortened route — from Central Market to Malinovskogo Street. Meanwhile, bus route No. 32 will not change.
«Due to traffic jams, we suggest residents also use railway transport,» concluded the department.
