7-Point Traffic Jams Paralyze Tula on January 28

In Tula on the evening of January 28, severe traffic difficulties are again being observed. Most streets are shown in «red» or even «burgundy» color on traffic maps. The overall congestion is estimated at 7 points, while the norm during «rush hour» is 6 points.

The worst situation is on Sovetskaya, Staronikitskaya, Lozhevaya, Metallurgov, Oboronnaya streets, part of Lenin Avenue, Makarenko and Boldin.
Traffic accidents occurred in the following locations:
on Ryazanskaya, before building 3l
on Ryazanskaya at building 38b
on Oboronnaya at building 102v
on Metallurgov at building 55a
on Makarenko, at building 8.
Due to the accidents in these sections, there are severe traffic jams, which are also causing congestion on adjacent streets. The accidents occurred within the last hour, so it is not yet known when the congestion will clear.
The worst situation is towards the city exit — there is currently the most powerful traffic jam in the city.
