25 New 'Spider' Cameras Installed in Yaroslavl Region
Authorities in Yaroslavl Region have deployed 25 new 'Spider' traffic cameras to enforce speed limits, seatbelt compliance, and ban on mobile phone use while driving.

New «Spider» photo-video recording systems have appeared on the roads of Yaroslavl Region.

New stationary photo-video recording systems for traffic violations, called «Spider,» have been put into operation in Yaroslavl Region. The equipment is designed to automatically detect three types of offenses: speeding, driving without a fastened seatbelt, or using a mobile phone.
Seventeen devices have been placed on sections of the federal highway M-8 «Kholmogory» and the regional road R-132 «Golden Ring.»
