Police in Tulun are searching for a woman who abused a cat. A video from a hallway surveillance camera appeared on social media, showing the woman leading the cat on a leash, then picking it up and beating it against the walls, the press service of the Irkutsk Region Police reported.
The incident occurred in the Ugolshchikov microdistrict according to police.
